HAPPY SUMMER,

Hopefully our Junuary has passed and we're finally in for some really nice summer weather - we certainly deserve it.  The temperatures have been cool but the market has been hot, as buyers are out in full force to take advantage of excellent prices and low interest rates on their mortgage. Multiple offers are even back on the scene - who would have thought that a few months ago? The times they are achanging...

We are also experiencing some changes at our office as well, this year.  Our broker had a serious car accident a few years ago and is still having health problems, so he is selling our office to a couple who has worked with him since day one, Dave & Noel Coppins.  There are changing the office name to REMAX JAZZ INC., to represent a new 'jazzy' and updated approach to real estate. We look forward to a new vitality and synergy in our office, as they take over this month.  So when you see the new name around on signs, you'll know that's us. We're still at the same location on Drew St., although we will continue to work from home as we always have.

 We would also like to wish you HAPPY FATHER'S DAY greetings, to all those great dads out there - it's your day so sit back and enjoy it! And they're calling for sunshine so what a great day for bar-b-qing or getting together with the family.
