WHITE CHOCOLATE TREAT

Sprinkle sliced almonds on a cookie sheet and add chunks of white chocolate

(available at bulk food stores). "Bake" in moderate oven until chocolate melts

over almonds - instant Almond Bark. Serve on red napkin or plate or wrap in a Valentine card.

PERFECT RED MARTINI - Perfect for Valentine's Day.  Add one part of pomegranate juice to two

parts lime vodka. Shake in shaker with ice.  Pour into tall clear martini glass

to show off red colour. Garnish with lime curl (cut whole lime with veggie

peeler to achieve long curl).  ENJOY!!
