SPRING INTO SUMMER!
Did we miss Spring this year? Talk about global warming. We just put the boots away. However the record breaking temperatures have nothing on the Hot, Hot, Real Estate market this spring. Multiple offers and selling for list price or over, are becoming the norm rather than the exception. Sellers are in their glory because their homes sell quickly, so not so stressful. And picking their own price isn't bad either. Buyers can feel confident that their purchase will continue to go up, as the equity in their home increases year over year.
So perhaps you or someone you know, have been waiting for the right time to sell - this is it! Top prices, quick market time, and more agreeable buyers, make this one of the best years we have seen in a long time! Low inventory is generating still higher prices and who knows when the market will change. Summer is usually the time when the market cools as holiday time takes precedence over finding a house. Go to my site - www.rickdimock.com to check out all the details under Market Watch.
Would you like to know your home's present value? You may be richer than you think, now that prices have gone up. Give me a call or email and I can give you a quick update. Always nice to know your nestegg is getting bigger.
Spring always makes us want to get into our yards, and this year there are so many colours to spruce up your patio. Forget the browns, go for some Cool Sorbet colours like Orange Sherbet, Zesty Yellow and Minty Blue. You'll find these colours in cushions, dishes and even furniture. A colourful bar/tea cart is the Must-have accessory this season. More info on my website with ideas on how to jazz up your backyard. Great weekend to go shopping and dig out the lawn furniture or buy new. Check out the coloured adironack chairs available in a rainbow of colours or spray paint your old ones to get a fresh look to your patio.
Enjoy the great summer weather just in time for the long weekend. As always if you have any real estate questions, don't hesitate to get in touch. I'm never too busy to help you or anyone you know.
All the Best,
Rick and Judy
